Return Policy

CHANGE OF MIND

If you change your mind on a product purchased on our website, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 14 calendar days from the day it was delivered to you.

To return an item for refund or exchange:

  • The item must be NOT used or damaged and is in 100% re-saleable condition when we receive them.
  • The item must be in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, swing tags, labels, manuals, documentation and registration that was delivered with the product.
  • Send an email to info@ocsjewels.com stating your order number and the item/s you wish to return
  • Our Customer Service Team will then process your case, and reply your email within 2 days.

Any refund for change of mind will exclude delivery charges. If you received free delivery then we reserve the right to deduct the cost of delivery from your refund amount.

FAULTY

Where you find the item purchased on our website is faulty, within 30 calendar days from the day it was delivered to you, you may contact us by email to info@ocsjewels.com. If there is a major failure with the item, we will offer return for refund or exchange.

We offer 24-month warranty for our unique handcrafted jewelry. Our creative team combines sensitivity and expertise to create innovative, accessible, and everyday life-adapted pieces. Our skilled workshop of around fifteen people produces several thousand pieces of jewelry per month, all made by hand as unique pieces. While some pieces may have small imperfections, we guarantee replacements or repairs for any damage occurring within 24 months of purchase. Please note that natural aging, cleaning, and size adjustment are not covered by our warranty, and we cannot replace lost jewelry.

When an item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, we will not provide a refund or exchange.

Refunds for all purchases on our website will be facilitated through your original payment method.
