Shipping Policy

We offer shipping to both domestic and international customers from our studios in Australia and China. Our goal is to ensure that your purchase arrives safely and promptly, no matter where you are located.

National Shipping within Australia:
For all orders stock in Melbourne Australia, we offer standard and express shipping options. Our standard shipping is free for all orders over $99 AUD and takes approximately 2-7 business days to arrive. If you need your order faster, we offer express shipping for an additional fee, which takes approximately 1-3 business days to arrive. For other stock in China it takes 6-10 business days to arrive.

International Shipping:
For international orders, we offer standard shipping options from both our studio in Australia and China. Shipping times and costs will vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose, but typically range from 6-12 business days. We offer a flat rate for international shipping  which will be displayed during the checkout process. Our standard shipping is free for all orders over $149 AUD.

Shipping Times:
We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Shipping times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your order online.
