Returns Policy

CHANGE OF MIND

If you change your mind on a product purchased on our website, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 14 calendar days from the day it was delivered to you.
To return an item for refund or exchange:
The item must be NOT used or damaged and is in 100% re-saleable condition when we receive them. The item must be in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, swing tags, labels, manuals, documentation and registration that was delivered with the product. Send an email to info@ocsjewels.com stating your order number and the item/s you wish to return Our Customer Service Team will then process your case, and reply your email within 2 days. Any refund for change of mind will exclude delivery charges. If you received free delivery then we reserve the right to deduct the cost of delivery from your refund amount.

FAULTY Where you find the item purchased on our website is faulty, within 30 calendar days from the day it was delivered to you, you may contact us by email to info@ocsjewels.com. If there is a major failure with the item, we will offer return for refund or exchange.
We offer 24-month warranty for our unique handcrafted jewelry. Our creative team combines sensitivity and expertise to create innovative, accessible, and everyday life-adapted pieces. Our skilled workshop of around fifteen people produces several thousand pieces of jewelry per month, all made by hand as unique pieces. While some pieces may have small imperfections, we guarantee replacements or repairs for any damage occurring within 24 months of purchase. Please note that natural aging, cleaning, and size adjustment are not covered by our warranty, and we cannot replace lost jewelry.
When an item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, we will not provide a refund or exchange.

Shipping

We offer shipping to both domestic and international customers from our studios in Australia and China. Our goal is to ensure that your purchase arrives safely and promptly, no matter where you are located.

National Shipping within Australia: For all orders stock in Melbourne Australia, we offer standard and express shipping options. Our standard shipping is free for all orders over $99 AUD and takes approximately 2-7 business days to arrive. If you need your order faster, we offer express shipping for an additional fee, which takes approximately 1-3 business days to arrive. For other stock in China it takes 6-10 business days to arrive.
International Shipping: For international orders, we offer standard shipping options from both our studio in Australia and China. Shipping times and costs will vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose, but typically range from 6-12 business days. We offer a flat rate for international shipping which will be displayed during the checkout process. Our standard shipping is free for all orders over $150 AUD.

Shipping Times: We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Shipping times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your order online.
